I’ve worked on 5th street for 9 years.Ozzys is the ONLY pizza shop I go to. BELIEVE me their pizza and cheesesteaks are LEGIT good. They use fresh dough that they make everyday and use 100% beef. My go to spot 4 sure!!!!
Excellent service. Guy who took my order was direct and respectful. Food came out fresh and perfect. Recommend to anyone visiting Philly or in the area.
NEVER AGAIN! This was supposed to be a cheeseburger hoagie! The used 1 patty for the whole hoagie! The cheese wasn’t melted and a ton of lettuce! I called to complain and was told “ we only use 1 patty for the hoagies! I APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The owner took the time to call me about my complaint. IMMEDIATELY! And even offered to replace my food.
The worker Mustafa had great customer service he was very friendly and had a nice smile, not to mention the food was very good i will be coming back. Recommend it to everyone!!
Honestly the food is great and the prices aren’t bad and 100% worth it, the service is excellent as the food comes out perfect as well
After complaining about my meatball grinder sandwich, I gets an call from the Owner Mr. Ozzy, he made everything so simple & easy by redelivering another meatball grinder sandwich that was %100 satisfying & filling. He is truly amazing & takes his business very seriously. I am so happy I finally found a restaurant I can honestly trust. I appreciate you Mr. Ozzy & Thank you very much. Need more owners like you!
I've been here twice to get pizza for get together. I ordered cheese & pepperoni pizza. So far, no complaints...very good!
Had to wait for new pie....had to update...3/14/21,received a delicious meat lovers extra cheese...best I ever had...will order again...4/13/21 do not order Italian hoagie...it had cooked salami not Genoa and another unknown meat...a great disappointment...4/15/21 but they have the greatest cheesesteak with soft rolls...1/21/22....hot cheese fries and cheesesteak,Xtra meat mayo,onions,damn...they forgot my mustard and ketchup....I was almost in heaven
